We are passionate about our wellbeing coaching! So much so we have spent years in developing our practice to ensure that you achieve your goals by improving your wellbeing. We use the proven best self wellbeing coaching model and methods; your coaching experience with us will have you being your best self in and out of work. Our practice is underpinned by the most wonderful wellbeing theories, and the delicious sciences of positive psychology and pedagogy. The best self coaching model is designed for us to work with you on a one to one basis and with your teams. Our coaching practice focuses on supporting you to achieve your goals and improving your wellbeing. We use gray’s evidence based wellbeing coaching model and salutogenic processes, to bring you to a place where you engage fully with life and work. Our practice is underpinned by wellbeing theories, and the sciences of positive psychology and pedagogy, and because the gray’s coaching model translates from a micro to a macro perspective, we are able to work with you on a one to one basis and with your teams.

We mobilise all of your internal and external resources that will sustain your wellbeing, and forge new directions for your role and career. In terms of your leadership, we ensure our work with you is in tune with you as a person, as a professional, and your organisation’s direction. The resources we draw on include the environment, so we will introduce you to the holistic experience of eco-coaching, which means bringing mindful coaching conversations into the outside so we can draw on the healing power of nature.

Coaching sessions

gray’s coaching sessions are available on a one-to-one or team basis. sessions are tailored to the context and priorities of you and/or your workplace. Coaching sessions typically run for 90 minutes, people usually request 6 coaching sessions, these can be run face-to-face, over the telephone, via Skype or a combination of all three.


A Mentoring relationship is also offered to clients. Mentoring is seen as more long term support, which might be in the form of building sustainable teams, or communities. We can also help with capacity building within your workplace so that you are able to roll out training programmes and establish learning communities, and/or have your own coaching network.
