Besides developing bespoke packages and learning events with you, we also offer a range of our own programmes, workshops and seminars. Some of which you can attend as an individual, some you can bring your whole team to, and some you can have adapted to suit your specific organisation’s requirements. We have considerable expertise in resilience and wellbeing and have a range of face-to-face and blended learning programmes to suit a range of needs and professional backgrounds. Resilience and Wellbeing Blended Learning Programmes
We run a mixture of ‘open’ and ‘closed’ events for people who work on the frontline of service delivery.
‘Open’ events are attended by a mixture of public, third and private sector employees whose job puts them in the ‘front line’ of service delivery. The open events provides you with an introduction to up to date theory and practice of resilience and wellbeing at work.
We adapt and run our closed commissioned programmes to meet the varied needs of our clients across a range of industries.These programmes are tailored directly to your organisation, you decide who attends, and you can influence the focus of the day so that it aligns to a particular project or organisational requirement. This includes ensuring blended (face-to-face and on-line) delivery times meet with employee schedules, and we work with you to ensure training attracts professional CPD recognition. For example, our resilience and wellbeing programme with the Wales Deanery is recognised by the Royal College of Physicians.
The ‘frontline’ encompasses carers who we discern as representing a ‘third workforce’ that sits alongside health and social care. We have been working with Adult Carers in the Community (ACC) since 2016, and Young Carers in Education (YCE) and Adult Carers in Employment (ACE) since 2017.
We also work with people who will help us to inform and develop wider public services, and have been working with LGBT+ community since 2017.
We offer a range of workshops and seminars that include;
- understanding facilitation, collaboration and co-production
- graphic facilitation
- coaching for resilience and wellbeing
- coaching to improve quality and safety
- learning from errors and developing learning cultures
- presentation skills, including presenting at conference and meetings
- innovation and generative thinking
- understanding research
- designing learning programmes
