Coaching Network developments for Autumn 2013

The Coaching Network workshop/seminar series 2013

Hello everyone and welcome to the Coaching Network workshop/seminar series for 2013. We have been a successful collaborative for four years now and have been involved in some wonderful initiatives and projects. With a South Wales hub being led by Mary Hughes and increasing membership we are at a new stage of development, it is time to come back together talk about what we want for the future and decide on how to make that future a reality.

Given this as a backdrop it is timely to start this Autumn with a fantastic contribution from Roger Rowett, Appreciative Inquiry guru, author, trainer and coach.  Roger’s session will be both inspiring and practical, it will provide a basis from which to co-construct ideas, plans, projects and teams to take our work forward.

We also thought that it might be timely to consider not just how well our clients and colleagues are doing but also how well we are doing on the health and wellbeing front. How much are you looking after you? Because of which our second session in the series is from the very wonderful Wendy Dineen. Wendy is a highly experienced health and wellbeing coach and trainer, in her session we will get to grips with the four major modalities of health and wellness and figure out how we can use them in our own lives.
